The Role
We are looking for energetic dispatch legends to join our awesome warehouse team, helping to pick & pack our customer orders.
Help shape the future of this fast-growing e-commerce brand and be an integral part of the brand’s growth.
Working amongst a small but passionate team of hustlers, in our brand Warehouse in Brunswick, in this role you will primarily be responsible for packing customer orders and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations.
About you
Prior experience with e-commerce dispatch operations
Passion for accuracy and an almost annoying attention to detail
A genuine love for creating exceptional customer service
Enjoys being organised and driven to reach timelines with a good energy
The ability to self-motivate and work in a small team
A can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Really nice handwriting
Bonus points for
Working knowledge within a warehouse, forklift licence, driving licence, first aid.
What you'll be doing
PICK PACKING
Processing online orders
Packing orders to a high standard with handwritten notes
Unloading deliveries and containers
Assist in day to day tasks including housekeeping and cleaning when required
Hours
Must be available for full time hours between November and December
8am starts
8 hour days with occasional overtime
All of your time will be spent on your feet moving and organising stock, including heavy lifting and the use of manual handling equipment. Protective footwear is required.
